Permission requirement
Clone your own voice or a voice for which the speaker has explicitly authorized the specific purpose. Rights confirmation alone does not establish identity or adequate consent.
Evidence and review
Submit a clear recording, authorization statement and evidence. All new cloned voices await manual review before provider enrollment. Reviewers must verify identity, scope and authenticity using an approved operational procedure.
Scope and revocation
Permission must address permitted uses, duration and distribution. If permission is withdrawn or disputed, disable further use and coordinate deletion. Treatment of existing outputs, financial records and required evidence needs legal review.
High-risk voices
Public figures, minors, suspected third-party voices and disputed authorizations need enhanced assessment or refusal. No bypass or fabricated evidence is permitted. The current software does not claim automated biometric identity verification.
Deletion and audit
Deletion immediately prevents further selection and completes only after provider and storage cleanup. Failed external deletion remains pending for compensation. Retention of consent/audit evidence must follow an approved schedule.
