Scope and operator
StoryWeave provides an AI voice creation workspace. The contracting operator, registered address, support contact, effective date and governing jurisdiction must be completed and approved before launch. These terms are an unreviewed draft.
Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and notify support about unauthorized access. The minimum age, guardian authorization requirements and supported markets must be determined for each launch region.
Content and rights
You must hold the necessary rights to text, recordings and voices you submit. Do not impersonate others, deceive listeners or infringe privacy and intellectual property. AI output can contain errors or resemble other content; review it before publishing and provide required disclosures.
Service, credits and limitations
Features depend on verified provider capabilities and regional availability. Credits are product usage units, not currency. Review estimates before submitting jobs. The subscription policy governs charges and refunds; nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
Suspension, termination and disputes
We may restrict abusive use and preserve necessary audit evidence. Notice, appeal, data export, deletion, liability limits, dispute resolution and governing law require jurisdiction-specific legal approval. Contact information is pending operator configuration.
