A claimant should identify the material, explain the rights claimed, provide authority and contact details, and supply a good-faith statement. The operator must configure a public receiving channel before launch.
Investigation and action
We may restrict disputed voices or assets while reviewing the claim. Preserve only necessary evidence and inform affected parties where appropriate. Notice, deadlines and regional statutory processes require legal approval.
Counter-notices and repeat abuse
An authorized party may dispute a claim with evidence through support. Counter-notice, restoration, repeat-infringer rules and jurisdiction-specific procedures must be finalized before public launch.
